ORDERS
White Home online is dedicated to your total satisfaction. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you wish to order by telephone or have any queries, you can contact us from 10.00am to 5.00pm EST on +61 (02) 9387 4344.
On placing your order we will immediately send you an "acknowledgement of order" email indicating that your order and payment have been received and are being processed.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any individual or company.
PAYMENT
You can be assured of secure shopping as White Home uses the latest encryption technology and a secure web server to ensure all transactions and information exchanged is completely safe and confidential.
All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars. We gladly accept Mastercard and Visa as forms of payment. 
DELIVERY
An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address. Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Please allow 1-3 days for order processing time.
Deliveries within Australia - We use the Australia Post E-Parcel service for all deliveries within Australia at a standard flat delivery charge of $19.00 (unless stated differently in the product description) per delivery address. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a notice for collection card with details of how to collect your delivery.
International Deliveries - We welcome overseas orders and are happy to ship around the globe. Customer Service will contact you with a quote for delivery charges. Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes which remain the responsibility of the customer. White Home will not be liable for any duties, taxes or customs charged placed on the goods at the point of import.

DISCLAIMER
Although we make every effort to provide true and accurate colours for our products listed on our web site and as a result of individual computers and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the colour(s) viewed on ones monitor will be an exact match to the actual material colours delivered. Please email customer service at info@whitehome.com.au.

RETURNS
Should you wish to return an item, please ensure that they are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. We will not exchange or offer a credit note on items that are not in perfect condition or have been used or washed. Prior to goods being returned, you will need to contact us to obtain approval for return. We do not accept returns after 7 days of receipt of goods.
